# How To Make It:
01 - Combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
02 - Place the flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
03 - Spread a thin, even layer of the prepared mustard-mayo mixture over each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border along the edges.
04 - Arrange sliced deli turkey evenly over the spread on each tortilla.
05 - Place provolone cheese slices evenly on top of the turkey layer.
