# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
03 - Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the pastry sheet, if using.
04 - Evenly arrange ham slices over the mustard, leaving a 0.4 inch (1 cm) border along one long edge.
