# How To Make It:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, beat eggs. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each avocado wedge in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in almond flour mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak in a single layer and sear 1 to 2 minutes per side until browned with pink interior. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to skillet and melt. Stir in minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Return steak bites to skillet, toss to coat in garlic butter, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Using a vegetable peeler or spiralizer, shave zucchinis into thin ribbons. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange steak bites on plates with avocado fries and zucchini ribbons on the side. Serve immediately while steak bites are hot.
